Booking Policy & Villa Services

UTILITIES
For periods up to one month all utilities are included. except for metered telephone and gas central heating.

MAID SERVlCE & CLEANING
Rental rates include weekly linen changes. Additional maid service available on request at 10 uros per hour. A one-time cleaning charge of 120 Euros for the Main Apartment, and 60 Euros tor the Granary Apartment is made at departure.

MEALS
A personal cook can also be provided, if desired. A welcome dinner of Tuscan specialties can also be provided at a cost of 42 euros per guest, induding an expert selection of wine from the nearby Guicciardini and Frova estates. The apartments have full kitchens including dishwashers.

DEPOSIT
A booking deposit of one third of the rent for the period is required to secure your stay. Upon arrival a security deposit is due (300 Euros for the Granary Apartment and 500 Euros for the Main Apartment). The security
deposit is refunded upon departure less any damages and metered telephone/gas central heating costs).

REFUND POLlCY
The booking deposit wll be returned less a 10% administration charge for a cancellation made more than three months in advance. Deposits are not refundable for cancellations made within three months prior to arrival.

LOCAL TOURS
We delight in using our experience as native Tuscans to arrange not-so-touristy trips for you to local wineries and places of interest, such as lmpruneta, the terracotta capital of Tuscany, which apart from being the workplace of the della Robbia family at the time of the Renaissance all has many family firms producing ceramics and terracotta products.
